2025 VENDOR – Pin and Bead Festival and Charity Diaper Drive

 Dear Potential Vendor, 

Thank you for inquiring and showing an interest in this great annual celebration in the 2025 Pensacola Mardi Gras Season! We consider vendors as important to this event as the entertainment. Vendors add to our event and give back to us with the merchandise sold to our community. Our intent is to keep the quality of vendors at a very high level. 

We hope you will be a part of this fabulous celebration this year. The past years of this event have had an impressive turnout and with the expanding footprint of the 2024 Krewe of Blues Pin & Bead Festival, we look forward to another amazing Mardi Gras Event. 

With an estimated attendance of 1,200 people to the 2024 Krewe of Blues Pin & Bead Festival, we can only hope with the new attractions / events we will have an even bigger and better Mardi Gras event. 

If you are interested in participating in the event – and we sincerely hope that you are – please fill out the attached vendor application and send it in. Please read it carefully.

Vendor Information Guide:

1. Website registration price is $55.00 + $2.00 (transaction fee) = $57.00
2. Cash or Check for Mail or in person registration price is $55.00
3. The Krewe of Blues (KOB) owns the 2025 KOB Pin and Bead Festival. All decisions made by KOB are final. 
4. Applications MUST be completed in full and accompanied with vendor fee. Applications must be received by ASAP. 
   1. Include a copy of your menu. 
   2. Include one (1) signed copy of the Vendor Application and Agreement 
   3. Attach a copy of your liability insurance 
5. Vendor fee must be paid in FULL at the time of application 
   1. Any check returned unpaid will be immediately addressed, with the possibility of termination of application. 
   2. Vendor refunds will be considered for valid reasons prior to application deadline.
6. Vendor refunds will not be granted after January 19, 2025. 
7. If you paid a “booth” fee your tent must be 10×10 in good condition and you must use weights as no stakes are allowed. 
8. NO VENDOR IS GRANTED AN EXCLUSIVE MERCHANDISING RIGHT. 
9. Vendor set up time is 9:30 am, January 19, 2025. VENDOR must be set up and ready to vend by 10:00a.m. NO vehicle will be allowed on the street for set up after 9:00 a.m. The celebration will start at 10:00 a.m. YOU CAN NOT KEEP YOUR VEHICLE NEXT TO YOUR SITE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Special parking may exist for service vehicles with special pass. 
10. All vehicle parking is outside the celebration area. No vehicle is allowed to stay in the festival area. 
11. Each vendor assumes all liability for all actions and activities occurring in the vendor’s area and hold The City of Pensacola and the Krewe of Blues harmless for all vendor sales, accidents, thefts, fires, damages and any other non-designated liabilities. 
12. Each vendor must have liability insurance and agree to be responsible for liability within their booth/trailer/cart, serving area or immediate area around their booth/trailer/cart. The City of Pensacola and Krewe of Blues must be named as additional insures on the policy. The KOB assigns vendor sites. Every effort will be made to accommodate each vendor’s special needs. (See Rule #1) 
13. There likely will be NO Electricity or Water available. Each vendor will be responsible for their own water and electricity, unless otherwise agreed upon with The Krewe of Blues. (Electrical may be available at the time of vendor set up, but will not be guaranteed) 
14. You, your staff, and your booth must remain neat, clean, and kept in an orderly fashion. One vendor is allowed per space. Exhibits and displays must be contained within your booth space. Conduct and displays must be appropriate. No garbage/boxes, etc. may be in view. All boxes must be broken down before discarding. It will be the responsibility of the vendor to dispose of any garbage generated. 
15. Vendors are responsible for having appropriate licenses and any requirements mandated by Florida Department of Revenue, City of Pensacola, and the City of Pensacola Fire Department. 
16. The KOB or the City of Pensacola will not be liable for any losses or damages of any kind that occur at your booth/space. 
17. If you get a booth space; YOU MUST COVER THE GROUND IN YOUR AREA WITH A TARP, MATS, PLASTIC, ETC TO KEEP GREASE CONTAINED AT ALL TIMES. Not applicable to food trucks. 
18. There are no refunds on deposits or for cancellation of the 2025 KOB Bead Festival due to rain or acts of nature. 
19. Only items listed on this application will be allowed to be sold. (See Rule #1) 
20. You must have adequate, operational fire extinguishers in your area. 
21. No pet of any kind is allowed in your booth during the celebration. No bikes, skates, skateboards, scooters, etc. are allowed. This is a no pet event. 
22. You are participating in the 2025 KOB Pin and Bead Festival at your own risk. 

I would like to participate in the 2025 KOB Pin and Bead Festival on January 19, 2025. I agree to abide by all of KOB’s rules and regulations. I understand this contract will be legally binding between two parties once the application has been accepted. Vendors should insure their own exhibit and display materials. Krewe of Blues and the City of Pensacola does not and will not assume liability for theft, injury, not any other accident that may occur during the KOB Pin Festival to visitors or vendors.
