- If a sponsor turns in a sponsorship package after an external deadline or printing or run dates, KOB Pin and Bead Festival cannot guarantee promotion of that portion of their sponsorship package.
- Price for website registration is $50.00 + Convenience Fee, Convenience Fee = (Price * 2.9%) + 0.30
