1. No sponsorship will be promoted until the Sponsor has submitted the Sponsorship Application and payment is received in full, and provided no other approval is needed. 2. If a sponsor turns in a sponsorship package after an external deadline or printing or run dates, KOB Pin and Bead Festival cannot guarantee promotion of that portion of their sponsorship package.
3. Tents and booths must be provided by the sponsor and fit within the provided 10’ x 10’ space.
4. Price for website registration is $100.00 + Convenience Fee, Convenience Fee = (Price * 2.9%) + 0.30
