The Krewe of Blues encamped at Coastal County Brewing on Saturday evening for a night of solicitations, libations and mud bugs. Along with several less reputable krewes, our gang enjoyed music, crawfish and fun under the stars on a beautiful evening.
Most of the krewes brought tents and set up elaborate decorations in an effort to recruit new members. Krewe of Blues erected a popup tent and provided a complementary screening of our namesake movie, The Blues Brothers. Attired in our snappy outfits, we stood out in a crowd of full of interesting people.
Surrounded by krewe members of Airship Pirates, Bad Habits, Cheers, our Krewe recruited a number of new members and enjoyed a night of fun. Notice in the above photo, we have two flags flying. At some point during the evening’s festivities, a scoundrel of unknown affiliation absconded with the flag on the right. We have our best investigators working on this.
